If you run a business under $5M, it can realistically save you $20K to $50K a year.

It connects to the tools you already pay for, ships with 31 pre-built workflows, and learns the specifics of your business.

Connectors + workflows + context.

It’s called Claude for Small Business.

It’s great! aaaaand no one is using this.

What it actually does

It sees your whole business and tells you where to spend your attention.

The daily briefing pulls your calendar, CRM, email, and bank balance, then tells you what's on fire and what you can ignore.

That half hour of context-switching every founder does each morning basically disappears.

It chases overdue invoices.

You connect Gmail and your accounting tool, it finds every unpaid one and drafts a tailored follow-up. It does not send without your approval. That alone can recover 2 to 3% of revenue.

It also triages leads, plans payroll, and builds Canva assets tailored to your business.

The 2 things people skip

First, context is mandatory.

Run /smb-onboard and give it the top 10 things about your business. Fancy prompts don't matter if the AI has no idea what you do. Give it bad context, you get generic results.

Second, privacy. On a Pro or Max solo account, your data gets used for training by default. Go to settings, privacy, and turn it off. Team and Enterprise plans are already off.

Is it perfect? No. AI tools still produce slop maybe 30% of the time, which is why I approve every action before it goes out.

But you should be in the 1% that knows how to leverage this.
