so today during the office hour with one client, he asked me a question I never get:

"So how does AI actually work? I mean technically in the backend?"

Most business owners I worked with simply don't care.

They want AI to save time, cut costs, and make more money.

I understand it's part of the business.

But this man is head of innovation at his company and he was genuinely curious because lately it feels like this AI thing is a black box.

People keep saying it has conscience, that it has feelings, but of course it's not true.

so I actually put together all my top resources from the last 5 years of me doing this and I put them into a Google NotebookLM and gave it to him.

But while I was playing with this today I just realized…
