survival at -40 degrees with AI

Let's try.

The AI Second Brain

“Today is sunny but tomorrow everything will change.

on top of the mountain it will be around -40 degrees.”

this is what Catherine told me this morning at the office.

I was looking outside…

and I intend to go up there in 2 days.

armed with just ChatGPT. I will explain.

The objective is simple: meditate for 30 minutes.

shirtless. Feel the ancient cold on my human skin.

AI cannot do this yet.

I have one week of preparation to achieve this.

yes this is a terrible idea. But it is valuable.

And I need to do it to start this journey.

Because on the list the number 1 skill that was requested was discipline

I know you are smart and you know exactly what you need to do with your life to make the right choices.

But I also know another truth: your mind does not always listen to you.

You want to eat more healthy, you want to go to the gym, you want to learn new skills, but you don't do it.

That is called discipline - the ability to do what you say you are going to do.

I realize that I am weak, that I am addicted to dopamine, that I am distracted and live a comfortable lazy life.

So it is necessary that I change that if I want to do good things, if I want to be successful in learning 53 skills in 52 weeks.

does that mean that you need to freeze? Or that I need to freeze to death? No! But our minds need a reset to start the year well. And I believe this is the right solution even if it might end me.

For the first week I am preparing to start cold endurance, to reset my mind, to listen to me, not to my lazy side.

And also dopamine detox. I will try to sit in a room with no phone or anything and see if I can be successful. For two hours, six hours, or ten hours. You can try it too.

AI will help me. It will serve us.

And we will make a bet together. But I will tell you in the next update. Stay tuned.
