Your offer's perceived value is:
(Dream Outcome x Perceived Likelihood) divided by (Time Delay x Effort)

Raise the top 2. Crush the bottom 2. That's the whole game.

People fixate on the dream outcome. Bigger promise, bolder claim, "transform your business." Top-left of the equation, maxed out.

And they ignore the other 3.

The problem is the gap between knowing the value equation and actually building the offer.
